The Crew Network (TCN), the crew placement arm of Fraser Yachts, received a makeover in the last quarter of 2010 aimed at further increasing efficiency and the level of service.
With new crew placement software trialled in the latter part of 2010 and formally adopted in 2011 staff at TCN have seen a significant improvement in all facets of the placement operations but particularly in the speed at which we're able to respond to the requests from clients.
Another change identified as part of the review and implemented over the first quarter of 2011 has been the consolidation of the satellite offices in San Diego and Newport RI to the Fort Lauderdale Office.
TCN Antibes and Viareggio continue to provide placement services in Europe in conjunction with the head office in Fort Lauderdale.
