Overall, a good article. Some of the advice I disagree with - every situation will call upon the mariner to make his own choices. If it is piracy directed towards a commercial vessel - going along with the pirates may be a good thing (motivation is the cargo/vessel, not a personal issue). If it is the theft of your personal vessel and its belongings - going along with the criminals may not be the best move (it is a personal issue, not a business decision).
