The Dutch shipyard Balk based on the island of Urk are best known as a specialist yard with a strong history of completing superyacht Refits.
Now they and Felix Buytendijk the yacht designer have joined together again to create a new 36.4 metre explorer yacht.
Designed to have a range of 3500 nautical miles, the vessel is ice-classed and has accommodation for eight guests and a crew of five.
Her maiden voyage, from Spitsbergen to Nova Zembla, will commence in the spring of 2012
